Emilia Clarke Was Asked if She Watches ‘HotD’ and Her Eyebrows Pretty Much Said It All

Wondering if Game of Thrones alum Emilia Clarke watches House of the Dragon? According to her facial expressions, that’d be a firm no. Emilia was asked about watching House of the Dragon during an interview with Variety at Sundance and let her brows do the talking before eventually answering that nope, she does not.

“No! Can you [forgive me]?” she said. “It’s too weird. I’m so happy it’s happening. I’m over the moon about all the awards.…I just can’t do it. It’s so weird. It’s so strange. It’s kind of like someone saying, ‘You want to go to this school reunion that’s not your year? Want to go to that school reunion?’ That’s how it feels. I’m avoiding it.”

While Emilia is clearly moving on from all things Westeros, Kit Harington is out here preparing for a Game of Thrones spin-off series about Jon Snow. Unclear what to expect from the show, but Kit was recently asked about what Jon is up to post-GoT and said this:

“At the end of the show when we find him in that cell, he’s preparing to be beheaded and he wants to be. He’s done. The fact he goes to the Wall is the greatest gift and also the greatest curse. He’s gotta go back up to the place with all this history and live out his life thinking about how he killed Dany and live out his life thinking about Ygritte dying in his arms and live out his life thinking about how he hung Olly and live out his life thinking about all of this trauma, and that…that’s interesting. So I think where we leave him at the end of the show, there’s always this feeling of, like…I think we wanted some kind of little smile that things are okay. He’s not okay.”
