We love surprising people, so we decided to send our friend Emeril on location in New Orleans -- to surprise one of his biggest fans, Emily!
After showing up at her door with cameras in tow, he took her to his restaurant, Meril, where they cooked her favorite dish together -- Muffaletta Flatbread.
“This is unreal,” says Emily.
