That's So Raven Actor Orlando Brown Arrested

Former Disney Channel star Orlando Brown was reportedly arrested on January 18.

According to a Barstow Police Department press release acquired by People, Orlando was arrested in Barstow, California, after a fight broke out between him, his girlfriend, and girlfriend's mother. When the police conducted a warrants check, they found an active arrest warrant for Orlando for charges in 2016, including an alleged battery charge, resisting a police officer, and possession of a controlled substance, from the Torrance Police Department.

The former That's So Raven actor was booked into the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Barstow Jail for those charges, with bail set at $25,000.

Orlando has maintained a fairly low profile since That's So Raven went off the air in 2007, but this isn't the first time he's gotten in trouble with the law. E! News points out that he's gotten into some legal issues over the course of the last decade. He was arrested for allegedly hitting his girlfriend in 2016, but Orlando posted a defense of his actions on his Instagram, stating: "Right when I find peace of mind, TMZ says its 'ridiculing time.' So 'allegedly' I beat my women up ... Brace yourselves for this one."

People reached out to reps for the actor, who did not immediately respond to the request for comment.
