  • Elsa Pataky, 44, just shared a video from her recent workout with husband Chris Hemsworth.

  • In the clip, she pushes a weighted sled across the gym and narrowly misses running over her Thor workout buddy.

  • Elsa's typical workout routine is equally intense, with HIIT, yoga, boxing, beach workouts, horseback riding, and more.

When you’re in the zone during a workout, nothing can stop you, amiright? Well, Elsa Pataky just showed she’s not messing around at the gym, because she almost ran over her husband, actor Chris Hemsworth.

“Get out of my way Thor!!” the model-actress captioned a new Instagram video, making it pretty much impossible not to click on it. In the video, you can see Elsa standing behind a weighted sled as someone says, “Let’s go, let’s go. Nice and low.”

Elsa puts her head down and gets at it. She pushes super hard as you can hear her trainer cheering her on. “Come on! Come on, almost there!” he yells.

And then, you see Chris casually try to walk through before he realizes he’s about to get plowed down by his wife. His WTF?! reaction is priceless, as Elsa tries not to crack up.

People cheered Elsa on in the comments. “YES!! MOVE OUT OF THE WAY THOR INDEED!!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻” one wrote. “You are INCREDIBLE Mrs Thor 🌟,” another said.

In case you didn’t get it from that post, Elsa does not mess around in the gym. She’s even published a book (Strong: How to eat, move and live with strength and vitality) about how she gets so fit. There’s a lot in the mix, but she’s big on doing glute work, yoga, boxing, beach workouts, horseback riding, and more.

She also has an app with Chris called Centr Fit. "The reason we created this program was to bring together all the people we think are really good in fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness," Elsa previously told Women's Health UK. "I think those three things are important to keep healthy and happy. Chris put it together, but I wanted to be a part of it, too."

While Elsa's workouts include a little of everything, she also likes to surf on days when she’s not at the gym. She told Marie Claire UK that she always tries to move her body in some way every day.

And, just a PSA: If you happen to see Elsa at the gym, get out of her way.
