Elliot Page is feeling the love after recently revealing that they're trans in an emotional Instagram post.

The Umbrella Academy star took to IG once again to thank everyone for their positive messages and for also spreading a little bit cheer to two great causes this holiday season.

"From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Your love and support has been the greatest gift. Stay safe. Be there for each other. If you are able, support @transanta and @translifeline. See you in 2021. Xoxo Elliot," he wrote.

The first organization he gave a shout out too was Transanta which matches givers with trans youth so they can get what they need during the holiday season. Those who are interested are able to check out different wishlists on the Transanta Instagram account and help out through there.

Elliot also mentioned the Trans Lifeline, a peer support and crisis hotline for trans people. According to their Instagram page, they also offer microgrants for name changes and their hotline is offered in English and Spanish.

In his original post, Elliot also thanked his friends and family who had been with him along the way before he became public about his journey.

"I feel overwhelming gratitude for the incredible people who have supported me along this journey. I can't begin to express how remarkable it feels to finally love who I am enough to pursue my authentic self. I've been endlessly inspired by so many in the trans community," Elliot wrote. "Thank you for your courage, your generosity and ceaselessly working to make this world a more inclusive and compassionate place. I will offer whatever support I can and continue to strive for a more loving and equal society."

He definitely is, especially during the holiday season, and you can too! Check out the above charities and support them if you can.
