Ellie Goulding's Bespoke Chloé Wedding Gown Took More than 640 Hours to Make

The British pop star wore a high-necked, Victorian-style Chloé wedding gown.
The nuptials attracted a slew of high-profile guests including Katy Perry and Princess Eugenie.
British singer Ellie Goulding is now a married woman. The musician married Sotheby's art dealer Caspar Jopling in a traditional ceremony at York Minster Cathedral in Yorkshire, England. The reception will allegedly follow at Castle Howard.
The wedding attracted British high society, including royal family members Princess Eugenie, Princess Beatrice, and their mother, Sarah, Duchess of York. Beatrice's boyfriend, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, accompanied the princess to the ceremony. It's also worth noting that Goulding was among the guests at Princess Eugenie's wedding.
The bride, who has supported Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, and Katy Perry on tour, wore a Victorian-style Chloé wedding gown, featuring glass bead adornments and a high ruffled neckline. The bespoke wedding dress was created by Natacha Ramsay-Lévi for Chloé.
Royal photographer Matt Porteous captured an official photo of Goulding inside York Minster.
Just Jared received a statement from Goulding regarding her stunning dress. She revealed, "I was so thrilled and excited to collaborate with Natacha at Chloé on my wedding dress. I have loved the brand and their incredible team for years, so it only seemed right for Chloé to play big part of this special day."
The publication also noted that Goulding's beautiful silk double crêpe gown amazingly "took more than 640 hours to construct and highlights the meticulous skill and savoir-faire of the Chloé Paris atelier." The gown was also "hand embroidered with White Roses of York and subtly embellished with white glass beads."
Goulding's veil, which was made from silk tulle, was apparently embroidered with both the bride and groom's initials. Congratulations to the happy couple!
