Ellie Bamber Brought Your Favorite Festival Beauty Trend to the Red Carpet
We’ve seen glitter tears, glitter freckles, and glitter undereye concealer at music festivals around the globe, but few celebs have been bold enough to bring their beloved Coachella looks to the red carpet.
At Wednesday’s Brit Awards, Ellie Bamber did just that. The 20-year-old actress best known for her role in Nocturnal Animals completed a doll-faced look with silver glitter, and the results were gorgeous.

Bamber wore dewy skin with rosy blush on the apples of her cheeks. Her lips were pink but sheer so as not to compete with her eye makeup.
She contoured her lids with a bit of pinky taupe matte eyeshadow and lined her upper lids with a liquid liner, ending in a short flick for a dreamy look. Black pencil dressed up her lower lids, with a touch of silver glitter on the outer corners and quite a few swipes of mascara à la ’60s style.
Bamber’s look was likely inspired by her Pride and Prejudice and Zombies co-star Suki Waterhouse, who wore a similar look to the film’s premiere.

Waterhouse’s makeup artist Wendy Rowe recommends applying a small amount of glitter under the eye, using your finger to tap it directly onto your foundation.
The makeup is perfect for Coachella, but if you’re worried about your glitter shifting during a long night out, you can get away with this look.
