Elliana & Yolanda Have Returned to the ALDC, and It's Already Causing So Much Drama

No one in the Abby Lee Dance Company (except maybe Abby Lee Miller) wanted Elliana and Yolanda Walmsley to return to Dance Moms. But you can't always get what you want. This week, the duo returned to the coveted elite team and members (i.e. moms) were not happy. Specifically, Lilliana's mom Stacey and Savannah's mom Erin.

Stacey was livid from the moment she saw Yolanda, and the anger boiled over once Yolanda "stole" her seat at the studio. A reminder: Stacey and Yolanda have a bad history, having gotten into a physical altercation in season 7. And it seems like the drama has carried over. Some Dance Moms fans online were annoyed that two adult women were having such a petty fight over seating arrangements. "That was such a weird fight for grown women to be having. Like Yolanda you obviously sat there to be annoying. . .and Stacey and all the moms fell right into it," one fan tweeted.

In addition to old rivalries, Yolanda may have found a new enemy in Erin. The Nevada native was so upset about Yolanda and Elliana's return, that she and her daughter didn't show up to the studio all week.

But you know who else didn't show up for class? Elliana. Even though Abby made a big deal out of bringing her back to the team and giving her a solo, Elliana wasn't actually able to attend practice until it was time to perform.

Despite Elliana's absence from the dance studio early in the week, Yolanda was thereall week long. Some viewers thought this might have just been a tactic to annoy the other moms and get some screen time. "Yolanda just wants some attention and air time. Your kid isn’t even there," one Twitter user said. "Why do we have to deal with Yolanda in this episode if Elliana isn't even there???" another asked. "I am confused why Yolanda is in this episode if Elliana is not at class," another user questioned.

Elliana's absence made even more waves when the 12-year-old won the competition. As a result, she may become a huge threat to the other kids on the team. And the moms probably aren't going to react well to that. "The moms know the threat Elliana is they so they’re going to take it out on Yolanda," a fan speculated online.

Yolanda actually seems to think the same thing. "You know [Elliana's] a threat. That's all I'm gonna say," Yolanda told the other moms during another studio spat.

With confidence like that (and the guts to say it), it's almost like Yolanda is asking for drama. If so, she's certainly going to get it. The promo for next week showed more Yolanda and Stacey drama, and it may trickle down to affect the kids too. (That's not cool, just let them focus on the dancing.) Another fan on Twitter was also upset that the fighting didn't end with this episode. "Next week World War III with Yolanda and Stacey! It is a shame two grown women can not bury the hatchet and move on!" the user wrote.

But with Elliana being as good as she is, there's no way Abby is going to pull another Brady and kick her out just yet, right? You never know with Abby, but the drama doesn't seem to bother the dance teacher so long as she's getting wins out of Elliana's solos. You can probably expect Elliana to be on top of the pyramid next week, which will likely infuriate Stacey even more.

Yolanda and Elliana may have only just gotten back, but the trouble is brewing and it's only going to get more dramatic from here. Buckle up, Dance Moms fans, it's gonna be a bumpy rest of the season.
