Ellen Pompeo Stirs Up Feelings With Rare Video of Daughter Stella All Grown Up

Ellen Pompeo shared a rare glimpse at life with her oldest daughter, Stella, following a sweet girls' night out, and fans can't believe how grown up she is.

She took to Instagram on Tuesday, Jan. 16, where she posted a pair of clips, the first of which featured the mother-daughter duo standing arm in arm as they laughed at one another. They were clearly having a blast while posing for pictures ahead of the Grey's Anatomy star's reunion with Katherine Heigl, Justin Chambers, James Pickens Jr., and Chandra Wilson at the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards.

While Pompeo was decked out in the same 'fit she was spotted in during the telecast, Stella, who went as her mom's date for the evening, wore a strapless black jumpsuit with long hair straightened and left to lie over her shoulder.

The second video appeared to be a behind-the-scenes look at the actress's pre-awards-show glam sesh, where she jokingly led her entire team, with Stella standing amongst them, in agreeing that her rep Amanda Silverman is their boss.

"Thank you again, to everyone that made this happen yesterday!" Pompeo wrote in the caption. "We had the best night 👯‍♀️."

While Pompeo reminded fans that her eldest was already a teenager in another recent social media story, where she recounted her attempt to earn "cool" points with a recent gift for the 14-year-old, they were still stunned to see her after remaining out of the limelight since she was a toddler.

"Ellen! Wow Stella has grown up! You both look stunning 😍," one fan wrote.

"oh my god, how big and beautiful Stella is. think she was a little baby 🥺🫶🏻," said another commenter.

"STELLA IS SO TALL AHHHHH," another was shocked to see, while someone else wrote, "Stella is ✨stunning!✨."

"STELLLLLLLAAAAA!!! So gorgeous and that smile, wow," former costar Jessica Capshaw added to the mix.

Pompeo shares Stella, along with 9-year-old Sienna May, and 7-year-old Eli Christopher, with her husband Chris Ivery.
