Ellen Gustafson, Food System Activist

Ellen Gustafson is committed to revolutionizing the global food system. She founded and served as director of the 30 Project, a think-and-do tank bringing together key organizations and activists to discuss hunger, obesity and sustainable agriculture. Ellen also the co-founded the FEED Project, LLC with Laura Bush and its non-profit partner, the FEED Foundation, which are working to create products that help to feed the world.

She is currently a co-director of the Summit Institute and President of EG, Inc, an impact-focused consulting business. She is also the Chief Strategy Officer at Inkwell, a recruiting innovator that matches top, diverse talent with flexible jobs. Her first book, "We the Eaters: If We Change Dinner, We Can Change the World" was published in May 2014.
