Elizabeth Hurley celebrated the release of her show The Royals on Netflix (which premiered on E! back in 2015, and ended in 2018, per IMDB) by sharing a ton of behind-the-scenes (BTS) content with her followers. The 56-year-old actress included a few snaps from scenes where she wears lingerie, and she is looking so incredibly toned in every single photo.

In the first pic, Elizabeth is wearing an all-white, sheer, lacy negligee paired with white undies. In another, she poses in a sheer black bodysuit, before going topless in only black undies. And in the last snap, Elizabeth rocks a quirky French maid/schoolgirl look, complete with a mini dress, fishnet stockings...and handcuffs.

"The Royals has dropped on @netflix All four seasons. Such happy memories of making such a fun, silly show about a fictitious British Royal Family ❤️," she captioned the pics and videos.

"OH MY GOD! My jaw just dropped - you look stunning!!" one fan wrote. Another commented, "Noble and beautiful.💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗".

While Elizabeth is clearly super stoked about The Royals premiering on Netflix, she's also been sharing snaps filming her new movie Father Christmas Is Back in a tropical location. And she is taking full advantage of the fact that warm weather = bikini season.

To stay fit, Elizabeth skips the gym and prefers to get active outdoors. "I do a lot of exercises, but it’s really the gardening…cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do,” she told Extra.

As for her diet, Elizabeth sticks to healthy, non-processed foods.

"I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives," she told The Cut. "When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that's grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables.”

She also utilizes health and wellness retreats. Back in March, she also shared pics of herself spending time at VIVAMAYR Maria Wörth, a health resort in Austria.

She shared in another IG post about the resort that she was spending her time there between, "detox, physio, infusions and footbaths."

In February, Elizabeth explained more about her decision to go to the resort: "I tore the ligaments in my left ankle whilst filming in the Caribbean in November. Lying on the sofa for two months, followed by a month of limping around in an air boot, meant that I basically became a slug. I don’t weigh myself but my jeans were objecting violently to being done up so something had to be done," she wrote.

Her time there clearly helped the actress feel like herself again–she is looking so happy and strong!
