After putting in a hard day's work on set, Elizabeth Hurley is quick to jump into a little black bikini to enjoy some rays.
The actress, 56, put her incredibly toned abs on full display while lounging by the pool once again.
Elizabeth is a big fan of a health resort in Austria, and sticks to non-processed, locally-sourced foods.
Elizabeth Hurley really has the most enviable post-work routine.
The actress posted an Instagram showing us all what *could be* possible when you are one of the world’s most gorgeous actresses. Elizabeth, 56, posted some footage of herself lounging poolside in a black bikini with gold chains, which is actually from her own collection! She looks so blissful, and her abs are literally glowing.
The background shows an infinity pool and ocean view situation that I’d love to check out in person, Elizabeth! Assuming the invites to the post-work hang sesh got lost in the mail...
Elizabeth captioned the post: “When filming wraps for the day 😘.” Understandably, people were really loving the footage, and they made that clear in the comments they left for Queen E. “😁🔥😍💓💯💥💣 Absolutely breathtaking 😉🤗😘,” wrote one follower. Another wrote “Goals!!! ✨✨✨.”
Elizabeth stays fit by working out outdoors, and actually doesn't log a ton of time at the gym, she told Women's Health last year. "I do a lot of exercises, but it’s really the gardening…cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do,” she told Extra. Elizabeth, I’m going to need a video of you logging, thank you very much!
“I do as much outside during the winter as I do during the summer,” she told WH. “Not only do I feel, well, actually exhausted, but also I feel that I’ve got the leaves up, which is also a nice thing. I'd rather do housework than go to the gym...I'd rather scrub a mirror—it does just as much.”
For her diet, Elizabeth sticks to healthy, non-processed foods. "I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives," she told The Cut. "When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that's grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables.”
She shared in another IG post about the resort, saying she was spending her time there between, "detox, physio, infusions, and footbaths."
Sign me up! Sounds like my kind of vacation...
