  • While showing off her shelter-at-home outfit for BAZAAR.com's #TurnUpNotIn, 54-year-old model Elizabeth Hurley re-created one of her most iconic looks.

With months of quarantine under our belt (and many more to go, it seems), things can get a bit boring. Luckily for us, model and actress Elizabeth Hurley is upping the ante by re-creating one of her most glamorous Versace looks from more than two decades ago.

Hurley first wore the cowl-necked, backless dress to the 1999 Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards. The lavender, chain mail stunner also featured a high leg slit.

Today, 21 years after the glamorous affair, Hurley slipped into the same slinky number to pose for BAZAAR.com's #TurnUpNotIn project. Instead of walking down a red carpet with Hugh Grant at her side, this time around, the 54-year-old lounged in a bed of fur blankets against a decorative screen.

On Instagram, she captioned the shot, "Just hanging at home watching tv for @harpersbazaarus in a @versace dress I wore 21 years ago to the #cfdaawards #lockdown #nineweekstomorrow #TurnUpNotIn 😘😘😘😘"

This isn't the first time Hurley has revisited one of her iconic Versace looks. Years before her CFDA Awards dress, the actress attended the 1994 post-premiere party of Four Weddings and a Funeral only to stun onlookers in another Versace dress—this time a black, stretch-silk slip stitched together with the brand's signature gold safety pins.

Versace reimagined the now-iconic dress decades later, and for Harper's BAZAAR's April 2019 issue, Hurley posed in the updated garment.
