Elizabeth Hurley, 58, Has Mega-Toned Abs In A String swimsuit In This IG 👀

Elizabeth Hurley is pretty much the queen of Instagram swimsuit content at this point. And while she loves showing off different designs from her Elizabeth Hurley Beach collection, there’s one suit in particular that seems to be her favorite.

The 58-year-old actress just dropped an IG video of herself in the bright yellow sunshine swimsuit (from her collection) and she is seriously toned all over. The vid shows Elizabeth hanging in an infinity pool with a gorgeous seascape in the background.

The actress flashes her chiseled abs and sculpted legs as she ties up her hair while stepping out of the pool. (The multi-tasking is impressive!) “A month ago…. really???” Elizabeth wrote in the caption. “Now huddled in front of the fire in a fleece onesie 😳.”

People cheered her on in the comments. "Gorgeous!!! 💫💛💫💛💫," one said, while another wrote: “HOLY CRAP AMAZING 🤩.”

This vid is hardly the first time Elizabeth has whipped out this gorgeous swimsuit. She also showcased it on a bike ride back in September:

It's clear that Elizabeth is strong all over. So, what's she doing to stay so sculpted? Well, it might not come as a surprise that conventional workouts aren't really her thing.

“I prefer to get my exercise from doing something [other] than being in the gym," Elizabeth previously told Women’s Health in 2021. Instead, she focuses on found fitness—or getting her movement in through daily activities—like by taking brisk walks with her dogs and doing squats while brushing her teeth.

Elizabeth is also into gardening, and she’s not afraid to get down and dirty. “I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening…cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff,” she previously told Extra. “I’m very active.”

She doubled down on her love of logging in a different interview: “I love getting muddy and hacking down things with my chainsaw,” Elizabeth previously shared with Harper’s Bazaar.

Gardening isn’t just a seasonal thing for Elizabeth, by the way. "I do as much outside during the winter as I do during the summer," she previously told WH. Love that!

Food-wise, she likes to eat mindfully and she's not a snacker, she told WH. “My philosophy is eat well, eat enough three times a day, and stop snacking,” she said. And there you have it.
