Last week we saw both of the bottom queens saved as Heidi N Closet opted to send herself home rather than be painted as a villain. But regardless, seven queens were left to take part in this week's challenge: "Joan: The Unathorized Rusical." Over the years, the Rusical has become a series staple and fan favorite challenge, but the exact format varies from season to season. While some (like Season 15's "Wigloose") provide the cast with a soundtrack to lip sync to, and others (like Season 6's "Shade") demands the queens sing live, All Stars 8's installment had queens recording their own vocals and then lip syncing to them.

The seven remaining queens paid tribute to the life and work of Joan Crawford by twirling with wire hangers and rhinestone axes, but who wowed Ru-ouis P. Mayer (I'm sorry) and who disappointed Mommie Dearest?

More info below on this week's episode, lip-sync assassin and who went home.

Who was eliminated in RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 8, Episode 6?

Jaymes Mansfield

In a season of fairly straightforward eliminations "based on track record," Kandy Muse gagged them a bit for sure this week by sending home Jaymes Mansfield rather than Kahanna Montrese. The writing was on the wall (right beside photos of Joan Crawford and Faye Dunaway) for Kahanna for weeks. While she won the first challenge of All Stars, which is in and of itself a bit cursed (just ask Latrice Royale, Manila Luzon, Roxxxy Andrews, BenDeLaCreme, India Farrah, and Yara Sofia), Kahanna had fallen into the bottom twice before, and would have been sent home last week by unanimous vote if not for Heidi's exit.

This week, the queens were tasked with recording lyrics for, dancing in, and lip syncing to "Joan: The Unauthorized Musical" and from Kandy Muse's "No Wire Hangers" number to Alexis Michelle performing a hoe down in a skirt suit, there were no disappointments. After the "Night of a Thousand Grace Joneses" runway, the judges' nitpicking, however left Kahanna (with her overly concentrated face) and Jaymes Mansfield (with her bunchy outfit) in the bottom. Kandy, the winner of the week, faced off against Angeria Paris VanMichaels in the lip sync, and after snatching the win (and $30,000), she opted to eliminate Jaymes rather than Kahanna. Jaymes seemed gob-smacked, but Kandy is cutthroat and keeping around someone who is obviously no competition must have been appealing.

Who was the lip sync assassin on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 8, Episode 6?

This week's lip sync assassin was Season 14's Angeria Paris VanMichaels. APVM (as I've decided to call her so my fingers don't fall off from fatigue) made it to the finale of her season before being chopped in the preliminary lip sync round. While not necessarily the first name you think of when great lip syncing comes to mind, she did beat last week's assassin Jasmine Kennedie in her season's lip-sync LaLaPaRUza smackdown and received a double save when facing off against Willow Pill at the final five. APVM's kooky style, however, was no match for Kandy's sultry, nip-slip extravaganza.

Which queens are left on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 8?

There are still 6 drag queens left fighting for the crown. They are:

Alexis Michelle
Jessica Wild
Jimbo
Kahanna Montrese
Kandy Muse
Lala Ri
