With only Kevin Kreider eliminated on last week's episode, this week viewers were treated to a triple elimination as the number of castle dwellers dwindled from nine to six. Episode 10 of The Traitors picked up with the conclusion to last week's Round Table, in which Mercedes "MJ" Javid was tasked with banishing either Peter Weber or Phaedra Parks. This was followed up with another murder, another mission and another banishment. With only six players remaining, the stage is set for next week's finale in which someone (or perhaps more than one person) will take home the ever-growing prize pot.

The Traitors (along with Alan Cumming and his over-the-top outfits) is nearing the end of Season 2, and so far it's been glorious. It was also recently announced to be the #1 unscripted series in the U.S. across all streaming platforms, according to Nielsen.

Twenty-two players from shows like Big Brother, The Challenge and The Real Housewives entered the Scottish mansion and were assigned the titles of either Traitor or Faithful. Now they're eliminating each other one by one, duking it out for the $250,000 prize pot.

John Bercow

Perceived as the most faithful of the Faithfuls and a member of Peter Weber's five-person alliance, it was only a matter of time before the Traitors decided to murder John. After all, what good was he to the Traitors and he talked A LOT. With few choices left on the table, Phaedra and Kate opted to eliminate John over Trishelle with their penultimate murder selection.

Peter Weber

Last week's episode ended on a cliff hanger with MJ serving as the deciding vote as to who went home between Peter and Phaedra. Ultimately, MJ chose to banish Peter at the beginning of this week's episode, a move that she ultimately regretted.

The vote count ended up being:

  • Peter (5) - Sandra, Kate, Phaedra, Sheree, MJ

  • Phaedra (4) - Trishelle, John, Peter, CT

Phaedra Parks

After several weeks dodging accusations from Traitors and Faithfuls alike, Phaedra finally found herself trapped in a corner this week. With many of the remaining players assumed to be Faithfuls, she was the only holdover suspect from a previous Round Table. When pressed for alternative options, she wasn't able to name any names and ultimately she was unanimously voted out.

The final vote count was:

  • Phaedra (6) - Sandra, MJ, CT, Sheree, Kate, Trishelle

  • CT (1) - Phaedra

Who won Shields during Episode 10?

For the final time this season, a shield was up for grabs in the Episode 10 mission. While MJ located the Shield early in the mission, crossing a bridge of pontoons served as a serious obstacle and she only managed to lock her Shield in at the last minute.

With MJ protected, Kate has very limited options as to who she can murder during her final trip to the turret. The unprotected Faithfuls are:

  • Chris "CT" Tamburello

  • Sandra Diaz-Twine

  • Sheree Whitfield

  • Trishelle Cannatella

Which players remain in The Traitors Season 2?

With 16 players eliminated, there remain six contestants in the hunt for the $250,000, with one Traitor and five Faithfuls. The remaining players are:

  • Chris "CT" Tamburello (Faithful)

  • Kate Chastain (Traitor)

  • Mercedes "MJ" Javid (Faithful)

  • Sandra Diaz-Twine (Faithful)

  • Sheree Whitfield (Faithful)

  • Trishelle Cannatella (Faithful)
