Viewers had already been wondering about her character's fate since the finale of P-Valley Season 2, wherein Hailey fled Chucalissa after the fallout with Uncle Clifford over her failed casino plan. But now, we have an official confirmation that she won't be back.

As far as the reason, Elarica said it was completely her "choice," explaining that she simply felt Hailey's story had run its course.

"Actually, I knew when it was happening because it was my choice," she said of Hailey being written out of the show. "It's something I discussed with [show creator] Katori [Hall]."

"Looking at the scripts this season, and the journeys of the characters and where the Pynk was going, Autumn's journey felt like it was coming to an end," she continued. "She has done what she needed to do, and it was time for her to move on."

What that means for Andre and their baby (or babies, if Whisper was right with her prediction) remains to be seen, but hopefully, we'll find out if there's a Season 3!
