Addition Tokyo The Blush Matte in Kiss The Night ($26)

"I have been absolutely obsessed with blush lately, and—obviously—I'm not alone. Super pigmented, draped blush is in its renaissance era (with a less '80s, more modern execution) in micro trends like Strawberry Makeup and Tomato Girl, Sugar Plum Fairy, and Barbie blush. Blush is everywhere and I have no problem admitting I'm following the pack. I want flushed, romantic, dimensional cheeks in pinked-pink shades all day and every night. Addiction Tokyo heard my calls and delivered this matte powder blush that builds beautifully and offers a gorgeous, blendable, velvety finish. I will be layering it with Afterglow Liquid Blush (see below) on Valentine's Day for the ultimate dreamy look."

Nars Afterglow Liquid Blush in Behave ($32)

"I've already told you all about my blush obsession, so it should come as no surprise that I use not one, but two blushes at once. It adds a beautiful dimension to the skin and, in this case, some creamy dewiness atop the aforementioned matte color. My favorite from Nars is Afterglow Liquid Blush in Behave—a mauve-pink silky formula with a natural-looking glow. It layers, it blends, and (if you can believe it) it's transfer resistant. I'm pairing up this duo for my V-Day dinner date and expecting the compliments to role in. My boyfriend isn't one for excessive words of affirmation but I'm betting this makeup look will change his tune."

La Prairie Platinum Rare Haute Rejuvination Mask ($1740)

"OK—hear me out. Valentine's Day is for excess, right? For gushy love notes, fancy dinners, and sugar-coated candy by the handful. I'm a Taurus (a pleasure-obsessed hedonist with a penchant for self-care in all its forms) and I would be doing you a disservice if I didn't tell you about the one out-of-this-world splurge I'm planning to use as a treat on the 14th. La Prairie just launched a two-step mask meant to stave off cosmetic procedures (if you're into that kind of thing). Yes, it's shockingly expensive. And no, I don't think you're going to buy it after reading this one testimonial. But it is something to think about if you're looking for a fancy way to drop some cash on savoring and preserving your skin.

Here's the gist: The pack features a gel (first step) and a rich cream (second step) to offer both immediate and longterm results. For the immediate, high molecular hyaluronic acid and collagen plump up and moisturize your skin. For the longterm, my favorite skin-loving ingredient: peptides. I plan to use this mask after dinner to settle in and get cozy before bed post-date."

Kosas BB Burst Tinted Moisturizer Gel Cream ($38)

"This tinted moisturizer gel-cream hybrid is my new favorite product. The texture is incredible—fluffy, whipped, and comforting all at once. It offers sheer coverage for those days when applying foundation feels like a chore (for me, that's every morning before heading to the office). It neutralizes redness and nixes discoloration but still allows your skin to shine through. It has both skincare and aesthetic properties (copper peptides for collagen support and to visibly plump, sodium PCA to hydrate and smooth, and zinc to soothe redness and sensitivities)—and it just works. I got so many compliments the first day I wore it and I haven't stopped since. Plus, it'll look great with my blush-y date-night makeup look."

Victoria Beckham Beauty Future Lash Mascara ($34)

"A few weeks ago, I had the great privilege to sit down with Victoria Beckham herself and discuss our favorite makeup and skincare offerings. She looked me straight in the eye and told me this mascara would never, ever flake, run, or smudge. We both agreed something to that effect had happened with all other formulas we'd ever tried (in my case, it has a lot to do with the thick, dewy skincare I slather everywhere). Dutifully, I tried her mascara almost immediately after that meeting. And, you know what? She was right. This is now my ultimate must-have mascara."

True Botanicals Phyto-Retinol Sleep Serum ($90)

"They say good skincare is the best makeup, as a well-taken care of canvas (i.e. your face) makes for the smoothest and most long-lasting makeup application. With that in mind, I'll apply this new retinol alternative from True Botanicals—it leaves my skin smooth, supple, and lifted—the night before Valentine's Day. The star ingredient is peptilium, which the brand promises (and clinicals prove) to show results faster than retinol without the sensitizing side effects. As someone who was just instructed to 'put down the retinol' due to irritation and a bout of dermatitis, I'm thrilled to have an alternative option that'll yield real results."

Ibiza Passion Idyllic Ring ($58)

"I've been expanding my jewelry collection, and this ring from Ibiza Passion is a chic addition. One side is solid gold, while the other is covered in zirconia stones. I love how this ring adds a touch of sparkle to my hand—and it's water resistant, so I don't have to remove it every time I wash my hands."

Fenty Beauty We're Even Hydrating Longwear Concealer ($30)

"This concealer is magical. Did I get a full eight hours of sleep last night? No! But Fenty Beauty We're Even Hydrating Longwear Concealer is helping me look bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. The buildable coverage gives a your-skin-but-better look and feel and blends beautifully. It's perfect for those no-makeup makeup days, as well as when you're looking for a full beat. Overall, this product has earned a spot in my must-haves."

e.l.f. Cosmetics Lash XTNDR Mascara ($7)

"I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Mascara is my favorite beauty product, and the Elf Lash XTNDR mascara is the best I've tried in a while. Not only does it make my lashes long and flirty, but it contains jojoba oil to nourish and condition your lashes. This is my first experience with tubing mascara—the removal process was insanely easy—and it won't be my last."

Cyklar Body Cream ($58)

"I feel my most confident when I take the time to care for the skin on my body (the same way I care for the skin on my face). But the truth is, it often feels like a chore. That is, until I got my hands on this luxe cream from Cyklar. The texture is rich but non-greasy, the woody smell is light and sexy, and the jar is chic and high-quality. I also appreciate that it's refillable."

Make Beauty Multi-Chromatic Metal Reflecting Eyeshadow ($24)

"When I want to wear eyeshadow, but I'm not willing to spend too much time on it, I reach for a single shadow to help me achieve a polished look quickly. This new line of singles from Make Beauty blew me away immediately. The formula is buttery smooth, pigmented, and easy to blend, and I love the way each shimmery shade reflects the light. Plus, each one is refillable and comes with four grams of product in the pan—that's significantly more than the average single shadow."

Koba Skincare Bottom-Up Foot Cream ($45)

"Foot cream doesn't sound super sexy, but this one makes for an elevated experience. A blend of safou oil, shea butter, sweet almond oil, and olive butter work in tandem to create a rich texture that works wonders on tired, calloused feet. When my feet are in rough condition, I apply this cream before bed and wake up to significantly softer skin. I highly recommend checking it out if you're planning on wearing open-toe shoes for date night this Valentine's Day."

Milk Makeup Cooling Water Jelly Tint Lip + Cheek Blush Stain ($24)

"Like thousands of creators on TikTok, I was also puzzled by the texture of this cheek and lip stain when I took it out of the box. I initially thought it might be finicky or difficult to use, but I was wrong. It has the most unique, jello-like consistency that easily deposits a buildable wash of color. It looks nice on the cheeks, but I think it truly shines on the lips. It creates a popsicle stain that lasts all day long. It's truly the perfect kiss-proof lip product."

Rerformation Roxanna Cinch Waist Denim Mini Dress ($198)

"If you're looking for a denim dress that can be easily dressed up or down, this mini dress from Reformation is your girl. I love that it accentuates my curves without feeling too restrictive, and it pairs beautifully with sneakers, knee-high boots, or a fun pair of heels. It's also a great piece to carry with you through several seasons, since it's easy to throw a coat over or pair with tights."

Volupsa Cherry Gloss Candle ($38)

"I'm usually extremely picky when it comes to sweet scents—especially in my home—but I couldn't resist a lip gloss-inspired candle. It's not overly sweet or syrupy, and the scent is a perfect blend of cherry and smoky rose. It also has that perfect powdery note (and a touch of doll head...IYKYK) that makes it smell like an actual lipstick. It has great projection but isn't too overpowering, and the bubbly red jar looks so pretty on my nightstand."

La Bonne Brasse No. 4 The Miracle Detangler Brush ($158)

"I am a huge sucker for a pretty beauty tool, so I was sucked in by these stunning French brushes immediately. That said, they don't just look pretty—they actually make a difference in my hair routine. As the name suggests, the Miracle Detangler Brush's nylon bristles feel amazing on my scalp, like a mini massage, and make my hair look even better. Just a few brushes transform my tangles into silky doll hair, and I love that it can be used wet and dry. It's a bit of a splurge, but considering it doubles as decor, I think it's totally worth it."

Talentless Set in Butter Cream: Women's Zip Crop Jacket + Women's Wide Leg Boxing Pants ($NaN)

"No matter what I'm doing, if I like my outfit, I feel a hundred times better. So, while I'm staying in for Valentine's Day this year, I'm wearing my favorite loungewear set from Talentless. I have the Women's Zip Crop Jacket ($99), and Women's Wide Leg Boxing Pants ($89) set in Buttercream, which is the perfect neutral tan. Not only does this set go with everything, it also matches my apartment which just makes me happy. But what's most special is the fit: The crop of the jacket and cinched waist of the sweatpants hit my natural waist and accentuate my figure. So while I'm in a comfy lounge set, I also look and feel snatched—a dream."

Byredo Sweet Grass Candle ($94)

"I love to save my favorite candles for special occasions, and this Valentine's Day, I'll be burning my coveted limited edition Sweetgrass Byredo candle. I'm partial to woody, earthy, and smokey scents, and this candle is the answer to my home fragrance prayers. It has notes of sage, musk, and a lingering scent of Palo Santo (my favorite). It's also slightly sweeter than candles I typically go for, with warmer notes of ciste oil and iris, but I've found that they make my apartment feel cozier and even more like home."

Face Haus The Schmoozer ($10)

"It's finally winter, and my lips have never been thirstier. I usually cycle through a million lip oils, glosses, and balms this time of year to keep the dryness away. Luckily, I've found lasting hydration with Face Haus's The Schmoozer lip gel/balm this year. It's a gel lip balm that goes on clear (without being goopy) and fully encapsulates my lips in a soft, hydrating barrier. It's also free of mineral oils, parabens, and synthetic fragrances. I love to apply this before bed because it doesn't stain my pillowcases and helps me wake up with smooth and soft lips."

Gisou Mini Honey Infused Hair Perfume - Wild Rose ($44)

"IMO, there's no bigger compliment than being told you smell good. Using hair perfume is one of the many tricks I have up my sleeve to keep aromatic throughout the day. Gisou's OG honey-infused perfume is my all-time favorite, so, of course, I had to try the new flanker. The blend of wild rose, vanilla, and Mirsalehi honey is so romantic and lingers on my hair all day without needing reapplication. A stranger on the subway stopped and asked me what I was wearing, so I consider that a major point in the product's favor. I'm stocking up, as this fragrance is limited-edition (and I can't bear to live without it)."

Printfresh Queen of Hearts Pintuck Nightgown ($138)

"Like everyone else in a long-term relationship, my boyfriend and I plan to celebrate Valentine's Day on the 13th as, frankly, we're exhausted by the 'fight-to-the-death' attitude NYC couples take towards securing dinner reservations. So, for the 14th, I won't be dolling up in the slightest—I'll be ordering takeout from the comfort of my couch, wearing this adorable nightgown from Printfresh. This whimsical loungewear brand based out of Philadelphia puts sustainability and size-inclusivity at the forefront of its mission, with all its offerings available in sizes XXS through 6X. I swear the organic cotton poplin fabric gets cozier and softer with each wash, making me love it all the more."

KNC Beauty Supa Scrub Set ($28)

"Having plump, luscious lips is of the utmost importance to me, no matter what time of year it is. Whether prepping my lips for matte lipstick or sloughing off dehydrated dead skin to go au natural, I reach for KNC Beauty's Supa Scrub Set. Formulated with deeply moisturizing shea butter, antioxidant ring sunflower oil, and protective moringa oil, the scrub (which you apply in a circular motion using the nifty silicone brush) leaves my lips smooth and flake-free every time."

Nette Gallica Rose Candle ($82)

"I've been a big fan of Nette for a while now, and their scents never disappoint. I particularly love this one because of its romantic floral notes. It has Lily of the Valley, which is my birth month (where my May girlies are at?!), and I've never really seen that before in a candle. It's also the prettiest, most perfect pink color for V-Day."

Negative Underwear Sieve Thong ($32)

"Comfy underwear has become more and more important to me as I've gotten older. I rarely wear lacey pieces and much prefer softer, more breathable styles. For Valentine's Day, you don't have to go full lingerie to feel sexy. This sheer mesh thong from Negative Underwear in bright cherry red has love written all over it!"

Ami Colé Lip Treatment Oil in Romance ($20)

"I'm certainly not the only one who's constantly on the hunt for another good lip oil to add to my collection—and when it comes to this one from Ami Colé, it was love at first swipe. It has a glossy look yet isn't sticky, and it comes in six stunning sheer tints that work well on a range of skin tones. My favorite is Romance, a lovely cranberry shade that also happens to have the perfect name for V-Day."

Aupen Infinity Earrings ($140)

"Aupen—the emerging brand best known for its celeb-loved bags seen on the likes of Taylor Swift and Olivia Rodrigo—recently expanded its offering to include earrings, and the assortment of abstract, organic designs is absolutely breathtaking. I fell for the Infinity style's elegant fluidity the second I saw it, and it makes a statement while pairing well with almost any look. An artsy pair of earrings is ideal for Valentine's self-gifting, plus most of the collection is under $200, making it easier to justify treating yourself."

Nadine Merabi Darcie Pajamas ($250)

"If you're spending your Valentine's Day chilling at home with a rom-com and your favorite treats, there's no better way to practice self-love than to do so in the most over-the-top pajamas. Lately, I can't get enough of this set from Nadine Merabi in black: The feathers and rhinestone buttons take my work-from-home days from lazy to something straight out of a fantasy. I spent too long oblivious to the power of intentional loungewear, but it really does make me feel like I have my life together."

Charlotte Tilbury Glowgasm Face Palette in Lightgasm ($75)

"Allow me to introduce you to the new love of my life, Charlotte Tilbury's Glowgasm Face Palette. It includes two highlighters, a bronzer, and a glowy blush to help you live your most luminous life. The powder format makes it a no-brainer to take on all your adventures: It's truly the travel companion I've been looking for."

Luxene Firmaglow Diamond Body Tool ($149)

"If your love language is physical touch, or you simply can afford to indulge in a little self-care, V-day is the perfect opportunity to take your body care to the next level. Luxene's Firmaglow is a gentle microdermabrasion tool designed specifically for the body. In addition to exfoliation, it helps to boost collagen production, improve texture, and enhance your natural glow. I've found this manual tool easy to use and perfect for my weekly "everything shower." It makes me feel truly rejuvenated."

Katini Skin Signature Body Oil ($85)

"I’ve been trying to get into body oils as a cure for my extremely dry skin. But, I’ve always hated the feeling many leave behind—that sticky residue feeling. This one from Katini Skin has been the only one that I’ve been able to integrate into my body care routine. It’s lightweight and absorbs immediately, so I don’t feel the oil sitting on top of my skin. It’s the perfect treat-yourself moment if you’re staying in for Valentine’s Day."

Ghlee Lip Mask ($23)

"I love a rich, luxurious lip mask, and this one from Ghlee—made with ghee and olive squalane—is just what my dry winter lips needed. It has a buttery but lightweight texture that’s easy to apply and absorbs quickly. Lately, I’ve been layering different lip balms before bed and will still wake up with cracked dehydrated lips—but I haven’t had that problem since I started using this one. Another plus is the subtle orange and vanilla scent, which is gorgeous but not overpowering."

Acaderma Silk Reverie Sleep Mask ($60)

"A cute pajama set is a must for a Galentine’s sleepover or post-Valentine’s date, and this sleep mask from Acaderma is the perfect addition for a good night’s sleep. I’ve been wearing this to sleep every single night, and it just makes my in-bed experience even cozier. It’s made with 100% mulberry silk, so it feels super soft and comfortable over my eyes and doesn’t have too tight of a fit. The best part is it efficiently blocks out all light and distractions (i.e. my phone)."

Free People Duo Corset Cami ($48)

"’Tis the season to wear red, and I’ll be wearing this vibrant top a ton this February (and beyond). The part-bra, part-cami shirt is so chic and comfortable—it’s made with a sculpting, stretchy fabric. I’m obsessed with all of the little details, like the deep sweetheart neckline, capped sleeves, and seamed cups."

White House Black Market Knit Studio Blazer ($225)

"Why not bring the Valentine’s Day vibes to the office? I’ll be sporting this cute pink blazer (and the matching pants) to really get in the spirit this February. The blazer has so many elements I love—like a tailored fit, strong shoulders, and shiny silver buttons. It’s definitely a statement workwear piece."

Topicals Slick Salve Mint Lip Balm ($16)

"This Valentine’s Day, my glam will involve a high-shine glossy lip, courtesy of Topicals’ Slick Salve Mint Lip Balm. I’ve been obsessed with this formula since I first slathered it on my lips. I love thick, rich lip balms and this one fits the bill. Slick Salve provides intense hydration, thanks to peptides and a tri-ceramide complex. My lips always feel so cushioned and soothed when I use this—which is exactly what you want during the winter."

Jean Paul Gaultier Gaultier Divine ($160)

"My fragrance of choice for Valentine’s Day? Gaultier Divine Eau de Parfum. The first time I spritzed this fragrance onto my wrist, I was immediately impressed by it. It’s a unique scent, combining notes like lily and meringue. There’s a delightful salty and sweet aspect to Gaultier Divine, making it a scent you want to wear time and time again."

Fenty Skin Cherry Dub Blah to Bright 5% AHA Face Mask ($39)

"I’ve been dealing with more breakouts and texture than usual, and the Cherry Dub Blah to Bright 5% AHA Face Mask is so helpful. It targets dark spots, dullness, and uneven texture. It’s loaded with Barbados cherry, vitamin C, and 5% AHAs. Since I’ve started using this twice a week, I’ve noticed that my skin looks and feels much more refreshed."

Saltyface Tanning Foam ($62)

"This time of year, my skin is practically translucent. To boost morale (and get a bit of a glow ahead of Valentine’s Day), I’ve been reaching for Saltyface’s Tanning Foam. The clear, acne-safe formula is housed in a sustainable glass bottle and helps me achieve a subtle touch of color that brings my body back to life."

KISS Bare But Better Press-Ons ($8)

"I love a good press-on nail set, and I’ve yet to come across an option as realistic comfortable as the Kiss Bare But Better Press-Ons. They come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and shades, and they last for two weeks—no joke. I just applied a mauve-toned set with full confidence that they'll stay in place through the 14th."

Jenny Bird Puffy Heart Chain in Gold ($168)

"I absolutely love a theme, I can't help myself. On the day of love, you’ll catch me with this stunning Jenny Bird heart necklace around my neck, suspended from a paperclip link chain necklace. It’s shiny, bright, and the perfect accessory for any date night outfit."

SKIMS Soft Lounge PJs in Cherry Blossom ($NaN)

"I am a pajama snob. I have over 20 pairs of matching PJ sets for no reason other than they make me feel cute and put together even in my sleep. I especially adore this set from Skims, which features an adorable cherry motif and a super-soft fabric. Do yourself, your valentine, or your galentine a favor and grab a pair before they’re sold out."

Le Labo THÉ NOIR 29 ($322)

"The front-and-center spot on my vanity has recently found an updade. Sultry and spicy while still fresh, this woody and fruity scent offers notes of bergamot, fig, bay leaves, and cedarwood. I’m often drawn to musky scents, but find they don’t seem to complement my body chemistry when compared to floral notes—but this scent is the exemption I’ve been seeking."

New Balance White & Burgundy 550 Sneakers ($110)

"While I love a heel, there’s no feeling like stepping out in a fresh pair of sneakers that turn heads. These retro sneakers are a refreshing change from the dad-shoe style New Balance is known for, while still striking the nostalgia factor we love. I’m obsessed with the Sea Salt and Washed Burgundy colorways, adding a traditionally feminine juxtaposition to this iconic silhouette."

Mod + Jo Lydia Statement Earrings ($56)

"These vintage-inspired hearts are a romantic addition to my gold jewelry collection. Timeless and sweet, they’re perfect all year round but especially fitting for Valentine’s Day. I’ll be pairing them with a red silk dress, blazer, and ribbon hair bow. If you’re looking for an edgier take, Mod + Jo’s Puffy Broken Heart Hoops are equally fun and flirty."

Iris&Romeo The Reset Luminous Hyaluronic Acid & Niacinamide Serum Spray ($45)

"I’m not going to let winter dryness stop me from glowing this Valentine’s Day, and this product is the key to my success. The milky mist plums and hydrates like no other, and to say I'm obsessed is an understatement. The formula features different weights of hyaluronic acid to penetrate above and below the skin’s surface to smooth your complexion, boost radiance, and impart much-needed moisture. It’s luxuriously rich but feels lightweight, and I truly can’t get enough."

Lashify At-Home Extension Kit ($135)

"Take it from someone who has tried and failed to apply their own lashes too many times to count: Lashify has revolutionized the falsies game. I’m blown away by this kit, which features a bond, sealer, lash storage, magnified mirror, fuse control wand, and so much more. The brand’s video tutorials, underlash technology, and unique bond make application easy, and they offer a lash style for every taste (from subtly natural to bold and colorful). Once you get the hang of things, your lashes can last a day or ten—it’s up to you—making this kit a worthy investment in my eyes."
