The no-bake pop is made with the same ingredients you’d use to make a bowl of oatmeal or parfait—it’s just served in a different vessel!
The unique approach to breakfast is great for warmer weather and a fun option for kids and adults. Plus, they’re super easy to make in advance and can be enjoyed for days. Who said meal prepping had to be hard?

Fun things to make for breakfast
There are so many combination possibilities that you can easily make breakfast popsicles with your favorite ingredients. However, if you’re unsure about where to start or what to include, check out two of our favorites below.
To make yogurt-based popsicles, combine:
Greek yogurt.
Honey.
Fruit.
Whatever toppings you like on your parfaits, like chia seeds, coconut flakes or chocolate chips.
Spoon the mix into a popsicle mold and stick it in the freezer.
To make oat-based popsicles:
Grind up the oats in a blender.
Add oat milk.
Fruits.
Maple syrup.
A splash of vanilla.
A dash of cinnamon.
Blend until all the ingredients are well combined. Then, pour the mix into a popsicle mold and freeze overnight.
You can also experiment with adding your favorite nut or seed butters or protein powders to the popsicles.
