It combines all of the flavors found in a classic Reuben sandwich and transforms them into a delicious creamy dip.

  • Mayonnaise

  • Thousand Island dressing

  • Deli corned beef

  • Sauerkraut

  • Shredded Swiss cheese

How To Make Reuben Dip

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spritz a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside. In a medium-sized mixing bowl use a hand mixer to cream together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and Thousand Island dressing until fully combined.

  2. Drain and rinse the sauerkraut then squeeze dry using paper towels. Add the sauerkraut, chopped corn beef, and 1 ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese to the creamed mixture. Mix together by hand.
