Dylan Sprouse and Cole Sprouse Discussed Their Celebrity Doppelgänger Daisy Ridley

Cole Sprouse and Dylan Sprouse are no strangers to being told they look like someone else, after all, they are twins who literally have made a career out of their twinhood. But now, there’s a new doppelgänger for the pair — and Dylan and Cole are both well aware of the physical similarities.

As BuzzFeed reported, Cole Sprouse recently acknowledged his resemblance to Star Wars actor Daisy Ridley. “Just a nice photo of me,” he captioned a photo of Daisy in costume as Rey.

Though the post has since been deleted, the account @commentsbycelebs happened to grab a screenshot. Meanwhile, Dylan Sprouse was not one to miss out on the fun. As a BuzzFeed screenshot captured, he also commented on the post, adding, “That’s me smfh.”

BuzzFeed notes that netizens have been aware of the similarities between Cole, Dylan, and Daisy for a while, but it’s come up again likely because of the press around Daisy, whose movie Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker comes out on Friday. It seems like a yearly awakening for fans to catch on to the set of lookalikes, with tweets dating back to 2015.

Still, even if you’ve known about these doppelgängers for a while, it’s nice to have confirmation from the stars themselves. Hey, maybe Dylan and Daisy can team up with Cole for an exceptionally wild episode of Riverdale (although to be honest, all episodes of Riverdale are exceptionally wild). Or maybe, there’s a Suite Life of Zack and Cody/Star Wars crossover in the works that we’re not supposed to know about yet, hence Cole’s deleted post. Your move, Disney Plus.
