Dylan Dreyer's New Video of Her Toddler Cooking Leaves Fans in Awe

Dylan Dreyer is preparing her kids for a bright future on the Food Network.
The 42-year-old Today show meteorologist shared a clip of her youngest son, Russell (A.K.A "Rusty"), picking up some basic cooking skills and impressing fans.
In the clip, Rusty, who will be two at the end of the month, can be seen preparing his own healthy snack–a sliced banana!
With almost no help from mom, other than a bit of verbal direction, Rusty successfully takes over the job of slicing his fruit using what appears to be a kid-safe knife.
As the toddler chews on a slice, he continues cutting away, eventually turning to Dreyer and proudly exclaiming that he cut his banana.
"Competition is fierce in our home," she wrote in the caption, later panning the camera to her eldest son Calvin, joking that Rusty has "taken his job."
"Cooking with…Rusty??" she concluded the Sept. 14 Instagram post, poking fun at previous videos she's shared called "Cooking with Cal."
Social media wasted no time applauding Dreyer for instilling life skills in her kids from such a young age.
"You will have three chefs and you will never have to cook," one wrote. "What a smart mom you are!"
"Proud little Rusty and now you'll have another cook in the house!" another exclaimed. "A few more years you can open a restaurant and call it 'Three Sons Restaurante' and you'll have three professional chefs who trained with the best!!"
"The friendly rivalry begins. 😂," a third joked before someone else suggested, "Try naming it cooking with kids!!!"
Along with Rusty and 6-year-old Calvin, the media personality is also the mother of 3-year-old Ollie. Dreyer shares all three of her kids with her husband of over a decade, Brian Fichera. The two said "I do" in 2012 and welcomed their first son four years later.
