'DWTS' Jenna Johnson Shares First Glimpse at Newborn Baby With Val Chmerkovskiy

The couple welcomed their first child together on Jan. 10.

Dancing with the Stars' Jenna Johnson and Val Chmerkovskiy are experiencing the joy of being new parents, with Johnson giving birth to their first child, a boy, on Jan. 10.

While they haven't revealed the name yet, the couple just shared the first real look at the baby on Instagram.

Johnson posted an adorable photo of herself holding the baby with the message, "One week with my little love ✨."

She wrote more in the caption addressed to her followers: "I promise I will share more when we are ready. Trying to soak up all of these precious moments and transition into parenthood the best we can. I do finally understand what everyone has been preaching to me… 'You think you know what love is, and then you have a child.' My heart is forever his and my world is so much brighter with him in it 🤍."

Eagle-eyed fans noticed that Johnson wore a necklace with the letter "R" on it in the photo, which could be a hint at the child's name.

Fellow DWTS professional dancer Witney Carson commented on the photo, "Love him already!!!!"

Hayley Erbert, a troupe dancer on the popular dance competition show and Derek Hough's fiancée, also wrote a sweet message for the new mom, commenting, "He is literally perfect in every way and I’m so happy we got to get in some cuddles 🥹🥹🥰."

Of course, Chmerkovskiy appeared on the post as well, writing, "My guy ❤️."

The comments were filled with kind messages from familiar faces, with a few other people who left comments including Rumer Willis, Nikki Bella, Amanda Kloots, and fellow DWTS cast members Britt Stewart, Sasha Farber, and judge Carrie Ann Inaba.

Johnson and Chmerkovskiy announced the pregnancy last summer, with Johnson telling People, "The shock and just disbelief was insane. I couldn't believe it because it wasn't an easy journey for us to get pregnant."
