Dwyane Wade is channeling his inner royal in his latest Instagram post.

On Monday, the 39-year-old former NBA star shared his latest outfit with the hero piece being his pink and white sweater with the phrase “I’m A Luxury” stitched across the front.

“IAM A LUXURY— FEW CAN AFFORD!” Wade captioned the photo. The “Few Can Afford” line references the text that appears in blue on the back of the sweater.

Does the sweater look familiar?

Well, the jumper was made famous by Princess Diana. The royal’s sweater was from the brand Gyles & George and, according to Gyles Brandreth, one of the brand’s co-founders, Diana bought it herself sometime in the late 1980s. “She would do her own shopping,” he told the New Yorker recently, relaying that she purchased the piece at his shop in Kensington. “It was not normal for a royal, but she was not a normal royal.”

Several of Wade’s fans noticed the nod to Princess Diana.

“Like princess Diana,” one fan wrote.

“Love it,” someone praised.

“Princess Diana hotness,” another person said.

“Yes the Diana sweater making a comeback,” a user added.

Last year, New York-based clothing brand Rowing Blazers brought back two sweater styles made famous by Princess Diana, including the “I’m A Luxury” pullover and the Warm and Wonderful “sheep sweater,” which was created by Joanna Osborne and Sally Muir, for their fall/winter collection.

According to Cosmopolitan, Rowing Blazers worked directly with the original designers for the re-releases of the sweatshirts, which had not been available for sale since the ‘90s.
