Dwayne Johnson Uses His Daughter to Do Bicep Curls in Adorable TikTok

The girl's laughter is contagious.

Family man Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson isn't letting a little jet lag stop him from enjoying the morning with his family. 

The Black Adam actor arrived home after a long flight first thing in the morning, immediately jumping into dad mode with one of his young daughters, and he's offering a glimpse of the adorable moment with his TikTok followers.

"Flew all night long just to walk thru the door in time for breakfast and 'daddy curls' at 7am 😂💪🏾👧🏽," he began the caption on the sweet video. "Been working all night zombie hours 🧟‍♂️⏰ for weeks with little sleep, but man I walk thru that door, and these little tornados instantly give me fuel."

And he certainly looked wide awake as he knocked out the early morning workout with a wide grin on his face. 

Set to the song "Sweet Pea" by Amos Lee, the clip shows the former wrestler curling with his daughter as the weight for four reps on the right arm while she giggled loud enough to be heard over the music. He then quickly transferred her weight to the left, adding another three reps before ending the quick workout by lifting her up against his chest and kissing her on the cheek before setting her back on the ground.

"dwayne johnson parenting is so pure i love this," another comment read, while someone else noted, "I'm gonna cry this is so sweet."

"My toxic trait is thinking I can do this with my little sister 💀," another wrote.

Earlier this year, Johnson shared another sweet video of his kids celebrating his mother's birthday with the rest of the family, further emphasizing their loving relationship.
