Whether you recognize food holidays or not, one thing we can all agree is worthy of celebration—free food. As you may or may not know, June 2 is National Donut Day, and we've already covered another popular donut chain doling out freebies this week. Naturally, it's only right that a chain named after the confection gets in on the fun. Here's how to get a free donut from Dunkin' Donuts tomorrow.

Is Dunkin' Giving Away Free Donuts for National Donut Day?

Indeed it is, and it couldn't be easier to cash in on your freebie. On top of all the monthly deals available for Dunkin' Rewards members, Dunkin' Donuts is offering a one-time giveaway on Friday, June 2 in honor of National Donut Day.

All day long, guests can get a free classic donut of their choice with the purchase of any beverage. Classic donuts include pretty much any donut that isn't a special or limited-time offering; That includes frosted, glazed, jelly, Old Fashioned, and even my personal favorite, Boston Cream. The deal is available at participating Dunkin' locations nationwide, while supplies last.

The coffee chain even posted an original (slightly pitchy) song to social media to commemorate the occasion and remind customers to mark their calendars for June 2. So consider this your second formal reminder to get yourself to a Dunkin' Donuts (or Krispy Kreme) for a free sweet treat tomorrow.
