DUKE + DEXTER Launches First-Ever Clothing Collection

DUKE + DEXTER, the London-based label known for making loafers cool again, just made its first foray into the world of ready-to-wear as it launched its first-ever collection of clothing. Described as a "collection for those of you chasing the adrenaline of white knuckle driving," the new offering promises the same, unparalleled level of quality -- only this time, in clothing form.

Featuring graphics created by D+D's in-house designers, the collection takes inspiration from vintage motorsport designs and has been treated with a custom fade-out dye to provide an aged, worked-in aesthetic. Developed with a boxy, oversized silhouette, the collection includes a series of T-shirts and hoodies in white, oat marl and charcoal grey.

As expected from a brand like DUKE + DEXTER, quality is everything and with this capsule, there's no compromising. Developed with a water-based screen-printing process, the collection features organic vegetable and mineral dyes, practising responsible design through water-reusing techniques. Similarly, the collection has been crafted with a specific GSM, one that aims to be light enough for summer but heavy enough to offer that familiar level of quality.

Now it wouldn't be D+D without loafers, so the new DUKE RACING collection also includes a range of Printed Penny Loafers. Take a closer look at the collection above before it lands on the website on April 25.
