Duchess Meghan’s Zara Romper Is a Royal Style Lesson in Early Fall Dressing

For day six of the 2023 Invictus Games, Duchess Meghan attended the cycling medal ceremony wearing a creamy monochromatic outfit perfect for the transition from summer to fall.

Her base consisted of a breezy romper from Zara. (Though her specific piece is no longer sold at the retailer, you can shop similar versions under $30 below.) It included gray and white buttons arranged down the center, a set of pockets on the top and bottom, and a belted waist. She layered the look with a crisp single-breasted blazer in a matching hue and completed the outfit with black Saint Laurent sandals.

To accessorize, Meghan opted for a dark green crossbody bag from Cesta Collective, gold chain-link earrings by Bottega Veneta, black Krewe sunglasses, and her go-to Cartier Tank watch and gold bracelet.

Prince Harry, who accompanied the Duchess of Sussex to the event, wore a light blue button-up shirt tucked into navy blue pants. His finishing touches included a black belt, tortoiseshell sunglasses, and green sneakers.

The Sussexes were later seen in the crowd watching the volleyball match between Poland and Germany at Merkur Spiel-Arena.

Meghan has been on a monochromatic streak since touching down in Germany on Tuesday.

While meeting with NATO representatives yesterday, the duchess wore a silky dark brown button-down top from L’Agence with light brown pants cinched with a built-in belt. She finished the look with brown suede pumps by Manolo Blahnik.

Later in the day, she switched into a preppy all-white look to watch another volleyball match. This time, the ensemble consisted of a cable-knit vest by Ralph Lauren, white skinny jeans, and black pointed-toe flats.
