Duchess Meghan began her week of philanthropic events with a bold monochromatic look.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the One Young World Summit in Manchester, England, today, where they met with young leaders from around the globe. For the event's opening ceremony, Meghan wore a bright-red professional look, comprised of a long-sleeved silk blouse by Valentino, which featured a matching torso-length tie knotted at the neck, paired with matching pleated trousers and strappy pointed-toe Aquazzura heels.

She wore her hair in a slick, low ponytail, and accessorized the outfit with chunky gold hoop earrings and rings.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry wore a traditional navy suit with a white shirt, dress shoes, and a matching navy tie.

Before the ceremony, Meghan was spotted heading to the event in a chic business casual look. She wore loose-fitting tan trousers with a taupe silk cashmere sweater by Brandon Maxwell, featuring short sleeves and oversized buttons.

The duchess recently turned to Valentino for another stunning monochromatic moment. For the opening of the Invictus Games last April, she wore an all-white suit and a matching handbag by the Italian fashion house, which both featured gold hardware. She finished the look with same Aquazzura heels she wore to her wedding to Harry.

Harry and Meghan arrived in the U.K. on Saturday morning accompanied by a team of Archewell aides and private security, with Hello! Magazine reporting that the team flew commercial. They made the trip without their children Archie, 3, and Lili, 1.

A spokesperson for The Duke and Duchess of Sussex previously told BAZAAR.com that the couple would "visit with several charities close to their hearts in early September," with stops in Manchester, Düsseldorf, and London.
