Dua Lipa Wears an Itty Bitty Crochet Bikini — See Photos

There’s the itty bitty yellow polka dot bikini and then there’s an itty bitty crochet bikini, courtesy of Dua Lipa. On August 17, the pop star posted a sun-soaked slew of photos of herself wearing a minuscule knit bikini by the label GCDS, featuring anything from a rainbow to a flower. (This is not the first time that Lipa has worn a crochet bikini: Last summer, she sported a baby pink Care Bears-themed crochet-knit swimsuit.)

This bikini’s size and circular cup silhouette are reminiscent of the quarter-sized Chanel double-C swimsuit from summer 1996, though it has a down-to-earth feel thanks to the range of uplifting hues. The suit is right in step with Dua’s feel-good accessories, including her star-shaped earrings, a hand laden with colorful rings, and hot pink sunglasses. The skimpy swimwear also perfectly matches her on-trend crafty-kitschy beaded necklace. Even better? Minimal tan lines.
