The game starts with everyone taking a shot, because you have to pregame the game, of course. When it’s your turn to draw a card, if you pick up a Draw 2, you take one shot, and if you pick up a Draw 4, you take two shots. Is anyone else suddenly really nervous about playing?
When you pick up a Reverse card, the person who gets reversed takes two shots. A Skip card means the person who is skipped take one shot. Now here’s the rule you really want to look out for. A False UNO, meaning that a player forgets to call UNO before touching the discard pile, results in a three-shot penalty. Three shots. Three.
