To create Selena Gomez's jet-black look, celebrity manicurist Tom Bachik started with his travel set from Tweezerman and then topped the nails in the shade Licorice from essie. "[Selena's] custom Giorgio Armani dress is such an amazing red with black accents, and we felt the nails should play off that," says Bachik. "Because we were going with a dark color, we decided to go with a shorter nail in a natural shape keeping our look strong and chic.”

Rachel Brosnahan

For Rachel Brosnahan's manicure, nail artist Vanessa Sanchez McCullough used two coats of the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel in the shade Wine Stock, topped with the corresponding top coat. “We wanted to use a red color, that we knew, but wanted the perfect red to both complement Rachel’s skin tone and her gorgeous red gown which was a beautiful bright red tone," says Sanchez McCullough. "Instead of trying to match the dress color, we went with a very rich, very dark red polish.”

Quinta Brunson

For Quinta Brunson's metallic mani, celebrity manicurist Temeka Jackson used the KISS Salon X-tend LED Soft Gel System Starter Kit in the shade Lux as the base. The system allowed her to gel cure the sheer pink extensions to Brunson's nails before shaping them into an almond shape and topping them with gold accents to complement her custom Balmain crystal dress.

To complement Hunter Schafer's sheer pink dress, celebrity nail artist Mel Shengaris painted her nails with OPI's Bubble Bath. It's a buildable, sheer-to-opaque candy pink shade that functions as a gorgeous nude shade against Schafer's complexion.

To keep Elizabeth Debicki's nails clean and simple, nail artist Yoko Sakakura topped her nails with just one coat of Sally Hansen's good.kind.pure in the shade Cashew Butter. The polish has a demi-matte finish. After letting the color dry for five minutes Sakakura topped the mani off with the Insta-Dri Top Coat.
