If you see a stressed-out parent out in public, be kind. They’re probably barely keeping it together after a long Thanksgiving break with cranky babies, messy houses, and kids hyped up on sugar and free time. Sound familiar? Drew Scott thinks so too, and his latest video about parenting is so painfully relatable.

The Property Brothers co-host made a video set to the popular “Miss Rabbit Has Fainted” sound, taken from a Peppa Pig episode. First, he walks into a messy living room with toys strewn everywhere. We’re talking ball pit balls rolling across the floor, books and stuffed animals lying about, pillows thrown off couches. He looks confused and text above the clip reads: “When the toys you just put away magically appear again.” He’s so overwhelmed, he faints right in the middle of it. What parent hasn’t wanted to fall over and faint (or cry!) when they see a messy house five seconds after they’ve just cleaned it?! Exactly.

Next, Scott gently closes the door to a nursery. Immediately, crying begins from inside the room. (And we all just let out a collective frustrated sigh.) “When your baby starts crying the moment you leave their room,” he wrote over the clip, before fainting again. Like the saying goes, if you don’t faint, you’ll cry!

“This sums up 75% of #parenting,” he captioned the post. It’s so true! Parenting can feel defeating sometimes, so it helps to have a sense of humor. Plus, many parents chimed in to commiserate.

“there is no respite with the children 😂😂😂,” one person commented.

“Oh dear 🤣 poor Miss Rabbit 🐇,” someone else wrote.

Scott is dad to son Parker, 18 months, who he shares with wife Linda Phan. He often shares funny videos that lighten the load of parenting. Like earlier this month, when he joked, “No one told me #parenthood would be 80% laundry 👶🏻.” (His math doesn’t quite add up, but who can blame a tired parent for that?)

Besides all the chores, though, parenthood is great. In a recent interview on The TODAY Show With Hoda & Jenna, Scott shared, “Parker is amazing. He’s a sweetheart. He’s now walking. Running. So I’m getting my steps in chasing him down.”

Parenting isn’t for the weak, that’s for sure!
