Drew Scott’s Son Parker Is His Mini-Me: ‘He Copies Everything’

Drew Scott already has a twin brother, but now he has a mini-me! The Property Brothers co-host dished about the ways his son Parker, 18 months, “copies everything” about him, and it’s so cute.
Drew and his twin Jonathan Scott appeared on a recent episode of The TODAY Show With Hoda & Jenna, where Drew gave an update about his toddler, who he shares with wife Linda Phan.

“How is Parker, by the way?” host Hoda Kotb asks Drew in a clip of the interview shared on Instagram.
“Parker is amazing. He’s a sweetheart,” Drew answers. “He’s now walking. Running. So I’m getting my steps in chasing him down.”
But the biggest thing Parker’s into? “He copies everything. So if I’m like ‘ugh,’ then you just hear a little, ‘ugh,’” Drew continues, making everyone laugh. Kids really do notice everything!
Drew also opened up about how much his son “loves guitar.” “It’s funny, when he first got his little mini guitar, because he watches me every morning — I try and strum a little for him,” Drew explains. “I grab the pick off of the neck and then I strum. He gets his guitar and the first thing he did is reach over like this and then going to go like this,” he says, while demonstrating pretending to grab the pick and play.
“There’s no pick on his guitar but he does,” Jonathan adds.
“How cute is that?” host Jenna Bush Hager responds. “I mean, it does show you that kids watch everything.”
“Every single thing,” Kotb agrees. But man, we love them for it!

Earlier this month, Parker showed an interest in another musical instrument: the drums! “Are we going to regret this when Parker asks for a drum set in 10 years? 🥁” Scott asked his followers over photos of Parker playing on a drumset in the backyard.
People were pretty much in agreement that the love of music (and making loud noises!) will not go away as Parker gets older. He may grow up to be a little rockstar!
