Drew Barrymore’s Sweet Tribute to Taylor Swift Has Fans Emotional

Drew Barrymore just put herself in the running for Taylor Swift's biggest fan.

The actress-turned-talk-show-host dedicated her latest social media post to the "Anti-Hero" singer, gushing about her Eras tour and calling Swift "the role model all of us girls and women need."

Barrymore, 48, shared a handful of photos documenting her experience during one of Swift's concerts at MetLife Stadium over the weekend, alongside a sentimental open letter to the Grammy winner.

The photos, which were shared to The Drew Barrymore Show host's Instagram grid on Tuesday, May 30, show Swift, 33, on stage performing while a crowd of onlookers–which included the Charlie's Angels alum, her two daughters and cousin–gazed at the hit maker.

"@taylorswift I cried so hard when you sang welcome to NEW YORK. I moved here not knowing where my life was going. And I actually found myself so happy in this chapter," Barrymore began the caption of her heartfelt post, adding, "I also cried watching my daughters and cousin Sadie watch and love and sing to someone so admirable."

"YOU. I LOVE YOU TAYLOR SWIFT!!!!!!!! You are the role model all of us girls and women need. Thank you for one of the best nights of our lives. We are so lucky to have seen your show. Your oh so giving 3 hour show," the Santa Clarita Diet star gushed.

"Ps we listen to you on vinyl every morning to get ready for our day," the 50 First Dates actress continued before praising the pop star further, "You transcend. And make life beautiful. Everyone passing beaded bracelets around. Witnessing the good."

It didn't take long for Instagram users to reply with equally gush-worthy remarks, with many getting emotional in the comments.

"..that is how I feel about you Drew," one top comment read. "You are an amazing role model for us women and I truly do not know of any other person so very genuine and giving as you. You make lives beautiful."

"CAN YOU IMAGINE BEING IN THE SAME ROOM AS TAYLOR AND DREW?! 🙌🏽," a third exclaimed.

"I truly believe that a Drew/ Taylor interview would heal our world," another joked before a fourth chimed in, writing, "This is my concept of multiverse."
