Table-flippin' Teresa is at it again, this time with some advice.

Teresa Giudice is giving Drew Barrymore a few pointers on how to pull off the most dramatic table flip of all time.

The 50-year-old reality TV star appeared on an episode of The Drew Barrymore Show where she and the host recreated the most iconic moment from The Real Housewives of New Jersey

"You're famous and infamous for so many reasons, all fun and interesting, and the table flip is no exception," Barrymore, 47, said before they showed the clip of Giudice arguing with RHONJ alum Danielle Staub before flipping the table during Season 1 of the show, which first aired in 2009.

"Will you walk me through what happened there?" the host asked before the reality star explained how it all went down.

"Think about something that makes you really, really angry," Giudice said. "Like, if your boyfriend cheated on you or if a girlfriend betrayed you," she continued, with Barrymore grimacing beside her.

"Yeah, 'cause she was going after my girlfriend, so I was sticking up for my girlfriend. I'm a girl's girl," Giudice explained, "Just think about something that makes you really angry, and then grab the table, right, and hold onto it."

Then the two recreated the scene with insults and all, screaming, "You were engaged 19 times, you stupid b****!" while flipping the tables.

Earlier in the episode, before the two got heated, Giudice gushed about her growth and the major accomplishments she's achieved during her 14-year-long career as a "Real Housewife," namely her experience on Dancing With the Stars

During Season 31, the reality star added a table flip moment into one of her dance routines, though she wasn't too sure about it initially.

"At first, I know I was like, I didn't know if I wanted to do it," Giudice revealed to Entertainment Tonight. "[But then,] I'm like, 'You know what? I know my fans are gonna love it.'"

And she was right; fans did love it–but not enough to be named the season champ. She isn't a sore loser, though, later congratulating the winners in a sweet post.

Since DWTS, Giudice surprised fans with her debut film, VH1's Fuhgeddabout Christmas, and then headed back to New Jersey to film for Season 13 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, currently airing Tuesday nights via Bravo.
