Drew Barrymore Fans Are Super Riled Up About Her Flirty Comments to Sam Heughan

Outlander star Sam Heughan just seems to charm all the celebrity ladies as of late. Yes, it's been a few weeks since he was seen flirting with Kelly Clarkson on The Kelly Clarkson Show. But the daytime TV show host may have a bit of competition on her hands — and the fans are living for it.

Earlier this year, in March, the Sassenach Spirits founder made an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show to promote season 6 of Outlander. The premise of the segment was meant to be easy: the Scottish actor and Drew Barrymore would sample New York City bagels to determine the best one. But in typical Sam fashion, things took a romantic turn. As the two were in the middle of savoring a giant bagel, he turned to the 50 First Dates actress and flirtatiously asked to feed her one.

"Can I feed you?" he asked Drew while holding a piece of the spread. Turns out, she was ready for it because she immediately threw down her bagel and prepped herself for the feeding she never expected to happen.

But unlike all the romantic comedies Drew has starred in, the moment quickly became a little bit too awkward to watch. Mainly because the Clanlands author realized the bagel was a bit too big to feed Drew with, which he promptly made note of.

"I think this bagel's got some ... this is a lot," he hesitantly told her. "Here comes the bagel! We don't have to do this."

But since the two are good actors, they absolutely needed to see the amorous moment through. Drew eventually ate the bagel, but joked she was "supposed to be baby bird" and "turned into [a] vulture."

We love seeing Sam and Drew interact with each other, flirtatiously or not. We weren't the only ones either, because fans of both stars noticed their potent romantic chemistry when a clip of the video recently surfaced on Instagram.

"How quickly she dropped her bagel and was ready 😂," one fan commented. "Who wouldn't want him to feed them anything ❤️❤️❤️ 🔥🔥🔥," another wrote. And one fan actually encouraged the duo to take their TV "romance" to real life, noting, "She is so adorable!! I think he's single!!! Go for it Drew!🔥🔥🙌."

So, did we just find Hollywood's newest couple? We're not sure. But we'll definitely keep an eye out on Sam and Drew the next time he appears on her show!
