Dream Job Alert: This Company Will Pay You $200 To Take Naps
Incredible news: You can finally take your nap skills to the next level by making it your job. No joke, Mattress Firm is looking for a "Snoozetern" to nap and report the quality of their sleep. For a job! Oh, and, they want to pay this person $200 a week.
The position is new to the company, and the job listing says the Snoozetern will work part-time in the Houston headquarters. As the in-house bed-tester, the (extremely lucky!) Snoozetern will be responsible for testing various mattresses and then reviewing them on the Mattress Firm social accounts. Other job responsibilities include hosting Facebook Live events, getting pictures for Instagram around the HQ, and creating videos chronicling their experience.
To apply, you can fill out the application form here, then upload a video to YouTube explaining why you're the best Snoozetern they'll ever have. So maybe just record yourself taking a nap? IDK! Just a suggestion. Applications are due on July 27. Once they're all in, Mattress Firm will decide on the top three finalists, who will have their video posted to the brand's Instagram account. At that point, followers will vote for their favorite Snoozetern, and by August 10, the official Snoozetern will be announced.
