Dramatic ‘DWTS’ Finale Pitted the Final Four Against Each Other One Last Time

*Warning: Spoilers ahead*

It’s official: There’s a new Dancing with the Stars champion...Hannah Brown!

During Monday night’s finale of the ABC reality competition series, The Bachelorette star competed against other season 28 finalists: Ally Brooke, Lauren Alaina and Kel Mitchell.

The live episode featured two rounds of competition for judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli.

Brown and partner Alan Bersten kicked off the competition with their Viennese waltz to “Lover” by Taylor Swift. They were followed up by Alaina and Gleb Savchenko dancing the foxtrot to “Jolene” by Dolly Parton. Brooke and partner Sasha Farber danced the jive to “Proud Mary” by Tina Turner and Mitchell and Witney Carson closed the first portion with a jazz routine to “We’re All in This Together” by the High School Musical cast. Each of the four pairs also competed in a freestyle round.

The episode also included live performances by Cher, Pitbull and Ne-Yo.

In the last few minutes of the finale, co-hosts Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews announced that Alaina took fourth place and Brooke landed third. And after a few moments of anticipation (of course), they revealed Brown as the winner and Mitchell as runner-up.

That wasn’t the only big news of the evening. DWTS also announced that all four finalists (along with Kate Flannery and Sailor Brinkley-Cook) will join the upcoming Dancing with the Stars Live Tour 2020.

Congrats, Hannah B! See you on the road.
