What is the drama between Logan Paul and Dillon Danis?

Ahead of their scheduled fight in mid-October, WWE wrestler and boxer Logan Paul and mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Dillon Danis are exchanging virtual blows.

The two are reportedly fighting over alleged insults to their respective girlfriends, past family issues and the upcoming fight itself. Paul posted a TikTok about their upcoming fight with the caption: “October 14 can’t wait to see what a ‘real fighter’ feels like,” adding a heart-eyed emoji.

The fight will be Paul’s first return to the boxing ring in two years, Essentially Sports reported.

Who is Dillon Danis?

According to MMA News, Danis is a “controversial” fighter known for his association with fellow fighter Conor McGregor and his “outlandish trash talk.” Danis became infamous “as one of the combat sports world’s biggest trolls,” MMA News wrote.

His trolling, it appears, has spilled over into his fight with Paul and has encompassed everything from Paul’s character to his new fiancée, Nina Agdal.

Danis has taken to trolling Paul with pictures of Agdal on his Twitter account. For instance, Danis has tweeted photos of Agdal with her past boyfriends, including Leonardo DiCaprio.

Danis also Photoshopped images to make it look like Agdal has gotten cozy with him, too.

But in a lengthier tweet, Danis alleged that his real “beef” with Paul has gone on “forever” and extends to brother Jake Paul and rapper and YouTuber KSI, the co-founder of Prime Hydration with Logan. Danis accused all three men of attacking him and his family in the past.

KSI has even joined in the public feuding online, sparring via tweets with Danis, who threatened to “break every bone in his body.”

The fight between Danis and Paul

In response to the online allegations, Paul publicly said he would beat Danis in the fight. He’s so confident that he challenged fellow boxer Conon McGregor — Danis’ training partner — to a bet of $1 million that Paul would “beat his boy.”

Danis tweeted back a challenge to Paul that if he’s “so confident,” he has to make Danis the best man at his upcoming wedding if he loses.

There has been some speculation that Paul has filed a cease and desist to Danis, but neither party has publicly addressed those claims.

As the online feud continues, commenters on Paul’s TikTok are varied, with some rooting for Paul, some claiming Danis has what it takes to win and others not impressed by either fighter.
