In this episode of 1K Dream Room, host Will Taylor (@brightbazaar) helps newly-engaged couple Kyle and Matt upgrade their underwhelming, NYC bedroom with a budget of $1,000 and a time frame of just one day! Two key changes that the couple wants for their new room are to replace some of their older, bulkier pieces of furniture with more functional, modern pieces, and to fill the empty spaces of their walls with artwork.

Will’s first move is adding the Cosmo Black and White Rug to the bedroom floor. According to Will, adding a rug is an easy way to bring in warmth and texture to a room.

Next, Will brings in two Naaman Mirrored Nightstands for each side of the bed, which due to their reflective surfaces, are great pieces for making the most out of natural light in a small space. He then moves on to the walls, adding some simple yet sophisticated flair with a Three-Panel Art Set from SIGNLEADER.

Kyle and Matt’s bedroom doubles as a home office, so Will adds some WFH elegance with the Emmalyn Glass Desk, which Will cleverly designed to double as a beauty vanity, complete with a Grey Ceilia Round Velvet Pouf ottoman for comfy seating. Will tops things off with brand new dressers, and a full-length Gold Floor Mirror, which will ensure that the couple looks sharp before a night out in Manhattan!

Upon entering their brand new room, Kyle and Matt are blown away by the transformation. The couple especially love the work/vanity desk and the wall artwork, as well as the overall sophisticated and chic feel of the room. With experts like Will around, $1,000 can go a long way!
