Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is also married to a dermatologist. (Talk about power couple!) She met her husband, Dr. Jeffrey Rebish, while they were both in medical school.

“We were both at medical school in Philadelphia to become dermatologists. Sandra walked into the room on orientation day, and I knew right away that she was the one,” Dr. Rebish told Refinery 29. “We dated through school, and when we both had our degrees, we moved out to California, where Sandra grew up and her dad owned a dermatology practice.”

And he is sometimes featured on her Instagram page. In her latest post, it's Dr. Rebish that is shown treating a patient that came in with a benign Seborrheic keratosis, a common noncancerous skin condition that looks like a waxy brown, black, or tan growth.

During the exam, Dr. Rebish also found a massive blackhead that was just hanging out nearby, and the video focuses on the blackhead removal.

“Patient came in for a check up and my husband, Dr. Rebish found a benign (non-cancerous) Seborrheic keratosis AND a blackhead trying to hide out! Got ya mister💥#drpimplepopper #blackheads,” she captioned the post.

In the video, Dr. Rebish is seen numbing up the blackhead with a needle before he grabs a scalpel to start chiseling it out. Once he is done with the scalpel, he grabs a pair of tweezers and grips the blackhead as he pulls on it.

“It just popped right out,” says Dr. Rebish as he fully removes both the seborrheic keratosis and the blackhead.

It's a super satisfying and clean removal.

“Aaaah the way that came out 😍😍😍 we love to see it,” one follower commented.
