  • Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes every last bit from a cyst in her latest video.

  • The blemish is located on the patient's earlobe.

  • The seemingly small cyst results in a surprisingly juicy pop.

Whether it's answering their pleas for bigger pops or messier pops or just more pops, Dr. Pimple Popper a.k.a. dermatologist Dr. Sandra Lee, M.D., knows the importance of listening to her fans. But in her latest video, Dr. P takes a moment to "listen" to her next challenge, a medium-sized cyst behind her patient's ear.

The removal starts with Dr. P opening up the cyst on the back of the patient's earlobe. As soon as she breaks the surface, a yellow liquid comes oozing out of the cyst. Collecting all the ooey goodness in some gauze below, Dr. P then starts gently squeezing the cyst. "Gosh, you've stored some stuff in there," Dr. P says as she keeps squeezing and the liquid just keeps coming.

With a couple more squeezes and a few more wipes of the gauze, Dr. P appears to have finally cleaned what she can from beneath the surface.

"Let it AAAALLL out! I’m listening 👉🏻👂👈🏻" she captioned the video.

All in all, the result is a surprisingly ooey but extremely satisfying pop.

"Ahhhhhh. Even I feel better now‼️" one fan wrote.

"This one though 😍😍" wrote another.

One viewer even went to the extent of expressing her delight with the pop through a Beatles parody:

"Lend me your ear and I'll pop you a cyst and I'll try not to get it on you.

Oh, I pop cysts with a little help from my friends . . ."

Friendship doesn't really get any better than that.
