In a new Instagram post, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—aka Dr. Pimple Popper—shared a teaser for the upcoming episode of her hit TLC show. "It's a SKIN MYSTERY," she wrote in the caption. "What is YOUR diagnosis and watch how a board certified dermatologist approaches treatment of a condition like this."

In the video, we see a man displaying a skin condition on his hand. "This is the strange skin I have on my hands, my fingers," he says. "As you can see, it's bumpy, flaky... It's flexible, but a little stiffer than the surrounding skin."

Also on Thursday night's episode, we'll see Lee treat a patient named Kevin with a massive lipoma in his hip.

In the matter of introducing viewers to unusual skin conditions, Dr. Pimple Popper's third season has been crushing it so far. In episode one, we met a woman with giant keloids on her ears, another woman with steatocystomas and eruptive vellus hair cysts on her neck and clavicle area, and a man with a golfball-sized growth on his finger. In episode two, we met a woman with a lipoma on her leg and a teenager with a large brown birthmark on his neck. We also saw the man from episode one get his finger tumor removed (yay Gerald!).

Dr. Pimple Popper airs Thursday nights on TLC at 9/8c.
