  • Dr. Pimple Popper is showing off her popping skills in two brand new videos on YouTube.

  • She pops tons of large pilar cysts out whole from a patient's scalp using a scalpel, her fingers, and even a syringe.

  • Fans in the comments were in awe of Dr. Pimple Popper's expertise and couldn't stop talking about these massive pops.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is a total pro at popping even the gnarliest pilar cysts. From a popping party with five cysts to a tiny pilar cyst shaped like a "boba," there's no clogged hair follicle she can't squeeze.

So it's no surprise that, in two brand new YouTube videos, Dr. Pimple Popper is living up to her nickname by popping out tons of massive pilar cysts from a patient's scalp in one piece.

In the clips, which Dr. Pimple Popper also teased on Instagram, she removes cyst after cyst from her patient's scalp using a scalpel, her fingers, and even a syringe. There's so many that she has to break it into two videos (tbd on whether it becomes a trilogy).

Fans in the comments were awe struck by Dr. Pimple Popper's expertise. "Im always fascinated by how deep these pilar cysts go! Great job!" one fan wrote. "What a surgeon. 👏🏻," another user commented (and that's why she's the pimple-popping master, people).

Part one of the video shows Dr. P using a syringe to remove the contents of one of the larger cysts before she can remove it safely:

And part two features her trusty tweezers, which pluck out each cyst (mostly) fully intact.

Fans on Instagram were just as impressed. "Strangely satisfying 😅😩," one user commented, while another added, "omg howww?! 😵💫." "Am I the only one that squinch my eyes when watching these videos like it's going to pop on me. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️," someone else wrote (and honestly, same here).

For sure, the highlight in each video is the patient's family's reactions when Dr. Pimple Popper shows them the cysts. There are gasps and even laughter—it's a good time, all around. Stay tuned for a potential part three to all of this pilar cyst-popping action!
