  • In one of her latest Instagram videos, Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes mayonnaise from a cyst

  • While this growth looks small, there's a some serious 'mayo' filling inside.

  • But the real question is whether this cyst's contents look more like mayo or butter?

Dr. Pimple Popper is back at on Instagram, and her loyal "popaholics" are about to get a show. The dermatologist and TLC host, whose real name is Dr. Sandra Lee, is popping a cyst in her latest video that looks relatively tame, but once this pimple popping show starts going, it may just surprise fans. This tiny cyst packs a punch.

The video begins with a hint at what's to come when Dr. Lee explains that she and her team have their splash guards in place. As usual, she's already made an incision just over the top of the growth but expands the opening a bit more with her surgical tools. As she opens this baby up a bit more, the oozing starts.

Almost before she can even get her hands on it, the cyst begins to pop, but Dr. Lee finishes it off. Using her fingers, she squeezes the cyst's insides out, and the come free in a thick pus. According to fan comments on the post, though, the real question about the cyst's contents is whether they look more like mayonnaise or half-melted butter.

Regardless of whichever you think it looks most like, this pop is definitely one of Dr. Lee's most surprising given just how much butter-mayo comes free from this small cyst.
