  • In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper has to punch a cyst right in the center.

  • As the dermatologist pops, 'cauliflower rice' insides spill out through the cyst.

  • According to the doctor and her patient, this growth has quite the scent, too.

Dr. Pimple Popper is at it again in her latest Instagram video. The dermatologist and TLC host — whose real name is Dr. Sandra Lee — is tasked with removing a sizable cyst on her latest patient. She's bringing out a fan favorite tool to punch the insides free, and as usual, Dr. Lee always gets her man, or well, cyst.

The video begins with the doctor using her punch tool to create a perfectly round hole in the top of the growth. As soon as there is an opening, white ooze begins to come out, but there's so much more under the surface. Dr. Lee uses her fingers to squeeze more of the filling out of the growth, and it emerges looking like 'cauliflower rice.'

While the looks of the cysts's contents are plenty for Dr. Lee's "popaholic" fans, they get a bit of an added bonus when the dermatologist and patient begin speaking about the way the cyst smells. Yes, smells.

According to both parties, there is a particular odor about the popping process that Dr. Lee explains is common among this type of cyst. When she asks her patient what the odor is likely, she replies that it smells like bacon.
