Dr. Pimple Popper Spent MDW Squeezing 'Sugar Cookie' Cysts, Blackheads, And More
  • Dr. Pimple Popper posted 10 brand new videos on her Instagram to celebrate Memorial Day Weekend.

  • She popped all kinds of different pimples, including cysts, steatocystomas, and blackheads.

  • Of course, Dr. Pimple Popper compared some of the pops to foods, like cheese and "egg salad."

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, or Dr. Pimple Popper, as she goes by online and on TV, is a pimple-popping machine. This Memorial Day Weekend, she went all out, posting ten different videos of pops on her Instagram. From blackheads to DPOWs to massive cysts, Dr. Pimple Popper tackled it all–and posted it for all to see.

There were mash-ups of some of her greatest recent pops, new videos of cysts in patients' scalps and on their shoulders, and teasers from her latest YouTube videos. Dr. Pimple Popper even had help with a guest post from Dr. Rebish, who quickly pulled a dilated pore of winer, or DPOW, out of a patient with ease.

Of course, there were plenty of food comparisons, which Dr. Pimple Popper is famous for. One cyst looked like egg salad, she said (or deviled eggs, as an assistant in the background pointed out). Another looked like cheese, she calmly pointed out while squeezing its contents out.

In case you missed them, here were Dr. Pimple Popper's five greatest hits of Memorial Day Weekend:

Dr. Rebish's DPOW popped out in seconds.

Dr. Rebish's guest video showed him poking and prodding a patient's DPOW. After a few tries, he is able to push the clog out in seconds flat, producing one big, black piece of gunk. "It just popped right out," he says in surprise as he pulls the piece out with tweezers.

Fans were raving: "I feel so #blessed having seen all these DPOWs the last few days 😇," one user commented. "I want that close up to play even at my funeral 😍😍😍," another wrote, and honestly? It's a funeral-worthy pop.

She squished steatocystomas all over a patient's face.

Dr. Pimple Popper was back for the next post—a steatocystoma extraction on the side of a patient's face. The short clip showed Dr. Pimple Popper using a comedone extractor to gently release the contents of her patient's pores. In the video, she comments on how oily the resulting goop is, the hallmark of a steatocystoma.

"Sometimes I just want to GUSH about some great Steatocystomas 🎀!," she captioned the post. "Looks like you're squeezing a mayonnaise packet," someone commented underneath (and they're not wrong).

Another patient had an "egg salad" cyst.

The next serious pop came from a pretty large cyst. Dr. Pimple Popper sliced her way to the cyst, then squeezed out the contents using just her fingers. As she works, she and her assistants debate what the cyst looks like–cheese? Deviled eggs?–before finally settling on egg salad. While the patients' family members in the background aren't so happy about the comparison, the comments show a different story.

"Looks like sugar cookie dough..." one said, while another read "Cheese straws! Yes!" Guess this one is open to interpretation, but it's a solid pop either way.

She showed a pilar cyst who's boss!

Another patient, another pilar cyst–or so you'd think. This video showed Dr. Pimple Popper helping a patient with a seemingly small pilar cyst, but the resulting pop was totally worth it. Don't judge a cyst by its cover.

"I love it when we get pilar cysts on the body," she says while performing the extraction. "Only 10 percent of them occur on the body!" The resulting half-squeeze half-extraction brought fans a lot of joy this weekend: "These always get me 🤪," one fan wrote. "What a big sack 👏😮," someone else commented, and if that's not enough reason to watch this pop, I'm not sure what is.

Finally, she posted the mother of all pop mash-ups.

Dr. Pimple Popper finished her weekend of posts by posting a mash-up video of some truly insane pops.

"Breezin’ through Monday with these pops. 😌💥," she captioned her post. "Which is your favorite?" Whether you're a devoted Dr. Pimple Popper fan or a new arrival, it's safe to say that picking a favorite is not as easy as it sounds. Until the next long weekend...
