If you can't get enough of TLC's Dr. Pimple Popper, then you're in luck, because its star, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD, just shared behind-the-scenes photos from the most recent episode.

The show, now in its third season, follows the California-based dermatologist as she treats patients with out-of-the-ordinary skin conditions. On Thursday night's episode, Lee encountered a man named Gerald with a tumor on his finger, a woman named Leta with a lipoma on her upper leg, and a teenage boy named Vincent with a large brown birthmark on the side of his neck.

In one of the more graphic behind-the-scenes videos Lee included in her Instagram post, you can see her playing around with the tumor removed from Gerald's finger. (In the episode, Lee compared it both to a portobello mushroom and some kind of jam. Gross, but accurate.)

"Reminds me of the most delicious plum I ate the other day," one commenter wrote. (Uh, we're never going to be able to eat a plum again!)

Other photos show Lee with her camera crew, fellow medical staff, and her patients.

Dr. Pimple Popper airs Thursday nights on TLC at 9/8c.
