In her latest Instagram post, Dr. Pimple Popper slowly scoops blackhead after blackhead out using her comedone extractor. She's careful to be as gentle as she can, since she didn't numb her patient's ear first. Even with comments like "I know that hurt," and "Looks painful!" the extraction goes off without a hitch.
